Every cloud server and VPS we track live from the providers: monthly price in US dollars before sales tax, vCPU, RAM, storage and stock per datacenter, refreshed every minute. By default you only see what can be ordered right now; use the availability filter to include sold-out servers.
Not every vCPU is equal: with shared cores you share computing power with other customers, with dedicated cores it's reserved for you. Every card shows which one you get, the "vCPU type" filter separates them, and known processors come with their Geekbench score.
We compare the monthly price without a minimum term. Extras such as an IPv4 address or a setup fee are shown on the card, cheaper prices for 12 or 24 month terms separately – including the renewal price.
Sold out means the provider isn't handing out that type in that location right now. The bell on every card gets you an email as soon as it's back in stock or drops below your target price.

Technically, usually none: both are virtual servers on shared hardware. Providers use the terms differently – "cloud" often means hourly billing, snapshots and quick scaling, "VPS" rather fixed monthly plans. That's why we show both in one list.
No. Prices are in US dollars before sales tax, as is customary in the US. Prices converted from another currency are marked with "≈". The price in the provider's checkout is what counts.
We query the providers' APIs every minute. When the data was last refreshed is shown below the filters.
That depends on the specs you need. The list is sorted by price; set minimums for vCPU, RAM and storage with the filters, and the cheapest matching offer that's in stock right now is at the top.
